Pole Fitness is the latest craze to sweep the nation. Burning over 250 calories per class, who can resist!

Pole Fitness gives a total body workout, leading to an overall toned physique resulting in leaner, more toned arms / buttocks / thighs and flatter abs. The work out will also increase flexibility and strengthen your core muscles leading to an improved posture all while having fun and meeting new people.

‘Twirl’ Pole Fitness not only helps to create the perfect body but also improves self-esteem, teaches new dance moves and gives the opportunity to meet new people in a fun and friendly environment.Our Courses run once a week for one hour long lessons over an 8-week period.

What to wear

At the beginning of each class there will be a short warm up,your usual Gym wear is advised for this part of the session. Comfortable clothing- ensuring free movenment - Shorts are advisable especially for Pole.


8 weeks, one hour class: €110
8 weeks, lunch time special: €80.
